Why start The Playground?
We set up The Playground to give directors and actors the chance to get practical experience in the rehearsal room, forge connections with other artists and build a community of emerging theatremakers in London.
Why offer Workshops?
After The Playground was so successful, it became clear that a lot of emerging theatremakers were hungry to expand their knowledge of theatre and their arsenal of techniques and exercises. So we wanted to provide opportunities for theatremakers to learn from top industry professionals for a reasonable price!
